Binineex Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Binineex (“Binineex”, “we”, “our,” or “us”). The Terms govern your use of the Binineex Services made available on or through the Platform or otherwise. Binineex may provide Binineex Services or, if specified in these Terms, any Product Terms or any additional terms by any Binineex Affiliate.

By registering for a Binineex Account, accessing the Platform, and/or using the Binineex Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, together with any additional documents or terms referred to in these Terms.

If you do not understand and accept these Terms in their entirety, you should not register for a Binineex Account or access or use the Platform or any Binineex Service.

Eligibility

• The participant must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Participant’s jurisdiction.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information as requested.
• The Organizer reserves the right to request further information and verify identity.
• The Organizer determines eligibility and token distribution based on specific criteria.
• The Organizer may disqualify any participant deemed ineligible or inappropriate.

Participants shall not:

• Use multi-accounts or multi-wallets
• Attempt to cheat or hack
• Carry out spamming
• Engage in offensive or inappropriate behavior
• Be located in a prohibited jurisdiction

Participant Representations and Warranties

• Compliance: Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Accuracy of Information: All provided information is true, accurate, and complete.
• Prohibited Person: The participant is not a Prohibited Person.
• Technical Skills: The participant understands blockchain, tokens, wallets, and smart contracts.

Disclaimers

While Binineex prioritizes engaging real human users, we conduct anti-sybil attack filtering and reserve the right to disqualify wallets associated with dishonest behavior such as:

• Batch wallet operations
• Wash trades
• Money laundering
• Fake wallet creation to gain unfair rewards
